We want you to be happy with HiredRes. If it's not the right fit, here's how refunds work.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you purchased a Pro subscription and you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked. This applies to your first subscription purchase only.
Renewals
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. Renewal charges are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time to prevent the next renewal:
- Open the billing page in your dashboard.
- Click “Cancel subscription”.
- You'll keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before the renewal date to allow time for the change to take effect.
How to request a refund
- Email support@hiredres.com from the address on your account.
- Include your subscription ID (visible on the billing page) or the order email from Paddle.
- We'll process eligible refunds within 5 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle, our merchant of record. Bank processing time may add another 5–10 business days before the funds appear on your statement.
Statutory rights (EU / UK / similar)
If you live in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with a statutory right of withdrawal for digital services, you retain that right in addition to this policy. By starting to use Pro features immediately after purchase, you may be considered to have consented to immediate performance, which can affect the statutory withdrawal period — but our 14-day guarantee above always applies.
Disputes and chargebacks
Before opening a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact us — we resolve nearly every issue directly and a refund is almost always faster than a chargeback. Accounts with fraudulent disputes may be terminated.
